The invention discloses an excavator engine starting protection control system and an excavator. The excavator engine starting protection control system comprises a main starting circuit and a starting protection circuit. The starting protection circuit is connected to the main starting circuit. The operation of a starting motor is achieved through the main starting circuit, the starting motor which operates drags an engine to operate, secondary suction of the starting motor is avoided by the starting protection circuit, and the rod lifting starting phenomenon of the excavator is avoided.

本发明公开了一种挖掘机发动机启动保护控制系统及挖掘机，挖掘机发动机启动保护控制系统包括启动主电路和启动保护电路；所述启动保护电路连接在启动主电路中，通过启动主电路来实现对启动马达的运转，运转后的启动马达拖动发动机运转，通过启动保护电路来避免启动马达二次吸合，同时避免挖掘机“抬杆启动”。
