The invention relates to a preparation method of porous silicon nitride ceramic with an oriented pore structure, which comprises the following steps: (1) dispersing silicon powder, silicon nitride powder, a sintering aid and an adhesive into tert-butyl alcohol to obtain ceramic slurry; (2) pouring the obtained ceramic slurry into a mold, carrying out freeze curing under a one-way cold source, andcarrying out drying and glue discharging to obtain a ceramic precursor; and (3) embedding the obtained ceramic precursor by adopting embedded powder consisting of silicon powder and silicon nitride powder, igniting in a nitrogen atmosphere, and initiating self-propagating synthesis to obtain the porous silicon nitride ceramic with the oriented pore structure.
本发明涉及一种定向孔结构多孔氮化硅陶瓷的制备方法,包括:(1)将硅粉、氮化硅粉、烧结助剂和粘结剂分散于叔丁醇中,得到陶瓷浆料;(2)将所得陶瓷浆料倒入模具中,在单向冷源下进行冷冻固化,再经干燥和排胶,得到陶瓷前驱体;(3)采用由硅粉和氮化硅粉组成的埋粉包埋所得陶瓷前驱体,在氮气气氛中点燃,引发自蔓延合成,得到所述定向孔结构多孔氮化硅陶瓷。
