According to the invention, the artificialquartz plate is prepared from inorganic materials such as quartz sand, marble, silica sand, calcite, glass powder and the like and unsaturated polyester resin; through the special preparation method,carbonization of inorganic powder can be reduced, the prepared quartz plate is high in glossiness, the glossiness reaches 87-92 GU, meanwhile, the prepared quartz plate is high in mechanical strength,the breaking strength reaches 6.5-7.1 MPa, the hardness reaches the Mohs 6 level, and the quartz plate has excellent antibacterial and flame-retardant effects and is excellent in comprehensive performance.
本发明提供一种抗菌阻燃石英板材制备方法,在该石英板材中,植物提取物含量为0.1‑3%,其制备方法包括不饱和聚酯树脂的制备、含植物提取物的功能改性剂的制备、混料、压制成型和固化步骤;本发明利用由石英砂、大理石、硅砂、方解石、玻璃粉等无机分料与不饱和聚酯树脂制备而成的人造石英板材,通过特殊的制备方法,可以减少无机粉料的碳化,制得的石英板材光泽度高,光泽度达到87‑92光泽单位,同时制得的石英板材机械强度高,抗折强度达到6.5‑7.1MPa,硬度达到莫式6级,还具有优异的抗菌及阻燃功效,是一种综合性能优异的石英板材。
