Fly ash-based porous defluorination material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a fly ash-based porous defluorination material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The porous defluorination material comprises the raw materials by weight: 20-40 parts of fly ash, 20-50 parts of calcined coal gangue, 0-20 parts of a fluorine ion adsorbent, 50-200 parts of water glass, 1-3 parts of a foaming agent and 0.1-0.2 part of a foam stabilizer.The preparation method of the fly ash-based porous defluorination material comprises the steps: a raw material mixing step: uniformly mixing fly ash, calcined coal gangue, the fluorine ion adsorbent and the foam stabilizer according to the ratio, and then adding the mixture into water glass to obtain a mixed material; a stirring step: stirring the mixed material for the first time, then adding hydrogen peroxide, and stirring for the second time to obtain mixed slurry; and a molding and curing step: carrying out molding treatment on the mixed slurry, and then curing to obtain the fly ash-basedporous defluorination material. The preparation method provided by the invention can achieve the purpose of treating waste with waste, and has an excellent defluorination effect.
本发明公开了一种粉煤灰基多孔除氟材料及其制备方法和应用。按重量计,所述多孔除氟材料的原料包括:粉煤灰20‑40份,煅烧煤矸石20‑50份,氟离子吸附剂,水玻璃50‑200份,发泡剂1‑3份,稳泡剂0.1‑0.2份。所述粉煤灰基多孔除氟材料的制备方法,包括原料混合步骤:将粉煤灰、煅烧煤矸石、氟离子吸附剂、稳泡剂按配比混合均匀,之后加入到水玻璃中,得到混合物料;搅拌步骤:将所述混合物料进行第一次搅拌,之后加入双氧水,进行第二次搅拌,得到混合料浆;成型养护步骤:将所述混合料浆进行成型处理,之后进行养护,得到所述粉煤灰基多孔除氟材料。本发明的制备方法可达到以废制废的目的,且具有优异的除氟效果。
