The invention discloses a side surface printing method of a high-temperature co-fired ceramic raw ceramic frame. The side surface printing method comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a rawceramic frame by using a raw ceramic belt and first metallized slurry according to a multi-layer ceramic production process; (2) arranging the raw ceramic frame in a mold plate of a side printing mold, and fixing the mold plate in a groove of a mold base of the side printing mold according to the length direction of the raw ceramic frame; (3) printing second metallized slurry on the raw porcelainframe on a printing machine; (4) drying the finish product. The method can be used for printing the raw ceramic frame with the thin wall on the side face, the problem that the side wall deforms and fails due to pressure of a printing screen during side face printing is solved, the deformation amount of the side wall of the ceramic frame produced through the method is smaller than 0.02 mm, and theperformance of a ceramic piece meets the using requirement of electronic ceramic.
本发明公开了一种高温共烧陶瓷生瓷框的侧面印刷方法,包括以下步骤:(1)使用生瓷带和第一金属化浆料按照多层陶瓷生产工艺制作生瓷框;(2)将所述生瓷框设置在侧面印刷模具的模具板中,按照生瓷框的长度方向,将模具板固定在侧面印刷模具的模具底座的凹槽中;(3)将生瓷框在印刷机上印刷第二金属化浆料;(4)烘干。该方法可以用于侧面印刷壁薄的生瓷框,避免了侧面印刷时侧壁受印刷网版的压力而产生变形失效问题,使用本发明的方法生产的瓷框,侧壁变形量小于0.02mm,瓷件性能满足电子陶瓷的使用要求。
