The low-temperature co-fired green ceramic comprises the following components: glass powder, ceramic powder, a solvent and an additive, the glass powder is modified calcium borosilicate glass powder, and the ceramic powder is alpha-aluminum oxide, or a mixture of alpha-aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide, or a mixture of alpha-aluminum oxide and calcium titanate. The low-temperature co-fired raw ceramic can be chemically plated and is compatible with a full-silver paste system; the modified calcium borosilicate glass powder can inhibit diffusion of silver in the high-temperature sintering process; the ceramic substrate has acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and the application reliability of the ceramic substrate after chemical plating is met; the dielectric loss is low, and the design requirements of diversified devices and modules can be met; the preparation method has the advantages of simple steps, high efficiency and low cost.
