An LTCC (Low-Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) material suitable for mobile phone radio frequency consists of ceramic powder and a sintering aid, and realizes sintering densification below 950 DEG C. The ceramic powder of the LTCC material is formed by compounding two kinds of powder with high dielectric properties, the specific chemical compositions are (1-x)Zn2SiO4 and xCaTiO3, and x is equal to 0.02-0.98. The sintering aid body is one or a mixture of two or more of CuO, B2O3, V2O5 and Bi2O3. A raw ceramic tape material is composed of the LTCC material, a solvent, a dispersing agent, a binder, a defoaming agent and a plasticizer material, and a raw ceramic tape is obtained after uniform mixing, casting and drying. The raw ceramic tape is composed of the LTCC material, a solvent, a dispersing agent, a binder and a plasticizer.
