Novel penetrating-out type chord member structure
The invention relates to a novel penetrating-out type chord member structure which is characterized by comprising an end plate set, a web plate set and a partition plate set. The web plate set and thepartition plate set are both arranged in the end plate set. A upper side plate and a lower side plate are arranged on the middle plate, so that connecting joints of the upper surface and the lower surface of the chord member are located on the upper side edge and the lower side edge of the upper side plate; direct connection with the position of the middle plate is avoided, interference cannot begenerated on the middle plate when an inhaul cable is installed, bolt hole sets are arranged on all connecting joints, the installation position is clear, the chord member structure penetrating out of the middle plate is arranged, the strength of the chord member is improved, and meanwhile the problem that interference is prone to occurring when the inhaul cable and the chord member are assembledis solved.
本发明涉及一种新型穿出式弦杆结构,其特征在于:包括端板组、腹板组和隔板组;所述腹板组与隔板组均设置在端板组内;本发明中通过在中间板上设置上侧板和下侧板,使得弦杆上表面和下表面的连接节点位于上侧板上和下侧边上;避免直接与中间板位置连接,在拉锁安装的时候不会在中间板上产生干涉,各连接节点上均设置有螺栓孔组,安装位置明确,穿出中间板的弦杆结构,在增加了弦杆强度的同时,也避免了拉索与弦杆装配时容易干涉的问题。
