本发明公开了一种箱型桥弦杆的制作方法包括箱梁壁板先在水平胎架上进行厚薄板的拼板对接,节点板、对接板中心线及连接腹杆节点中心线预先划线定位,并将加劲助和加劲板与箱梁壁板间进行组装焊接;安装箱体内部的横向加劲隔板;安装另一块箱梁壁板;吊装顶板,顶板预先与加劲肋进行组装焊接,加劲肋与顶板间为熔深焊缝;将箱梁壁板外侧箱体外侧横隔板依次吊上胎架;将底板单元吊上胎架进行组装定位;然后装焊第一支座和一组第二支座,本发明通过合理的施工方法,根据不同部件安装位置的不同采用不同的焊接方式进行装焊,能够有效的提高整个箱型桥弦杆的制作质量,保证其与桥面和箱型端梁连接的稳定性,保证其支撑性、承载性和后期使用的安全性。
