The invention discloses an immersed tube tunnel underwater blasting end protector. The immersed tube tunnel underwater blasting end protector comprises an angle steel box body, shutter steel plates and steel tubes, wherein the angle steel box body is in a grating mode, is connected with one end of an end seal wall of an immersed tube tunnel tube section and is used for protecting the immersed tubetunnel tube section which is close to one side of a blasting area; the shutter steel plates are disposed on the two sides of the angle steel box body correspondingly, and the inclined direction of the shutter steel plates on one side of the angle steel box body is opposite to that of the shutter steel plates on the other side of the angle steel box body; and one ends of the steel tubes are weldedto the angle steel box body, the other ends of the steel tubes are welded to the steel plates, and bolt holes are formed in the steel plates. The invention further discloses an immersed tube tunnel underwater blasting end protection method. The method includes the steps that the shutter steel plates are disposed on the two sides of the angle steel box body, the inclined direction of the shutter steel plates on one side of the angle steel box body is opposite to that of the shutter steel plates on the other side of the angle steel box body, the shutter directions of the shutter steel plates are adjusted according to a blasting source, and the effect that impact waves in all directions are eliminated is guaranteed; and the bolts fix the angle steel box body to the end, adjacent to a blasting point, of the immersed tube tunnel tube section through the bolt holes in the steel tube steel plates. By means of the immersed tube tunnel underwater blasting end protector and protection method, the repeated blasting impact waves can be intercepted, and the effect that the end of an immersed tube tunnel tube joint is not affected by the underwater blasting impact waves is guaranteed.
