Aerated concrete block pore structure improvement process
The invention discloses an improvement process of an air hole structure of an aerated concrete block. The process includes the steps of: stirring the following raw materials including: 40-60 parts ofore sand materials, 15-20 parts of calcareous material, 2-5 parts of aluminum powder, 3-7 parts of gypsum, 5-10 parts of acrylate emulsion, 2-5 parts of foaming agent, 6-10 parts of rubber powder, 2-6parts of sodium hydroxide, 3-7 parts of an active mineral admixture, 2-4 parts of a silane coupling agent, 2-5 parts of talcum powder, and 1-3 parts of water reducing agent through a stirrer; addingwater, uniformly stirring the components, performing standing treatment on the slurry in an environment of 40-45 DEG C for 2-3 hours to form a green body; carrying out autoclaving, vacuumizing the autoclave by a vacuum pump to form negative pressure of 0.6-0.9 MPa, carrying out steam curing at 110-115 DEG C for 6-16 hours, increasing the pressure to 1-1.3 MPa maintaining the pressure for 3-6 hours, releasing the pressure of the autoclave, reducing the temperature to 40-50 DEG C, and carrying out heat preservation for 2-3 hours. The building block prepared by the invention is uniform in pore distribution, remarkably improved in pore structure, reduced in pore crossing, high in strength and good in thermal insulation property.
本发明公开了一种加气混凝土砌块气孔结构改进工艺,将40~60份矿砂材料,15~20份钙质材料,2~5份铝粉,3~7份石膏,5~10份丙烯酸酯乳液,2~5份起泡剂,6~10份橡胶粉,2~6份氢氧化钠,3~7份活性矿物掺料,2~4份硅烷偶联剂,2~5份滑石粉,1~3份减水剂原料通过搅拌机混合,加入水并搅拌均匀,使料浆在40~45℃环境中静置2~3小时形成坯体,进行蒸压,通过真空泵抽真空使蒸压釜内形成负压0.6~0.9MPa,110~115℃,蒸养6~16小时,升压至1~1.3MPa,3~6小时,蒸压釜泄压,温度降至40~50℃,保温2~3小时。本发明制备的砌块气孔分布均匀,显著改善气孔结构,减少串孔,砌块强度高、保温隔热性能好。
