Combined box girder cast-in-place concrete top plate construction method
The invention provides a combined box girder cast-in-place concrete top plate construction method. The method comprises the steps that: a combined box girder is hoisted and fixed, wherein the combinedbox girder comprises a steel top plate and side webs; at least one preformed hole is formed in the edge of the steel top plate; at least one supporting hanging bracket is arranged between the steel top plate and the side web plates; the supporting hanging brackets are fixedly connected with the preformed holes in the corresponding positions through bolts; a distribution beam is laid between everytwo adjacent supporting hanging brackets, and bottom die plates are laid on the distribution beams; a steel reinforcement framework and side die plates are installed on the steel top plate and the bottom die plates; concrete filled with a steel reinforcement framework is poured between the steel top plate and the side die plates; and after the strength of the concrete meets a preset requirement,the die plates and the supporting hanging brackets are dismantled. The construction difficulty of top plate pouring of the combined box girder can be reduced through the supporting hanging brackets.
本发明提供一种组合箱梁现浇混凝土顶板施工方法,包括吊装并固定组合箱梁,组合箱梁包括钢顶板和侧腹板;在钢顶板的边缘位置设置至少一个预留孔;在钢顶板与侧腹板之间设置至少一个支撑吊架;支撑吊架与对应位置的预留孔通过螺栓固定连接;在相邻设置的两支撑吊架之间铺装分配梁,并在分配梁上铺装底模板;在钢顶板及底模板上安装钢筋骨架及侧模板;在钢顶板与侧模板之间浇筑填充钢筋骨架的混凝土;待混凝土强度达到预设要求后,拆除模板及支撑吊架。利用上述发明能够通过支撑吊架降低组合箱梁的顶板浇筑的施工难度。
