The invention discloses an oil well cement fluid loss agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, acrylamide, N,N-dimethyl acetamide, acrylic acid and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride into water according to a ratio, dissolving, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to 3-5; 2) heating themonomer mixed water solution to 40-60 DEG C, and adding an initiator namely ammonium persulfate to initiate copolymerization to obtain a quinary copolymer; 3) mixing the copolymer with sodium meta-silicate pentahydrate in proportion. Cement paste prepared from the fluid loss agent can meet the requirements of on-site construction in the aspects of indexes such as water loss, compressive strengthand free liquid; meanwhile, the problems of abnormal gelling, core wrapping and thickening curve bulging possibly occurring under the high-temperature condition of cement paste are avoided, safe construction is guaranteed, the preparation method is simple, conditions are easy to control, raw materials are easily available, and the fluid loss agent has a good market prospect.
本发明公开了一种油井水泥降失水剂降失水剂及其制备方法,其采用如下步骤制备而成:1)将2‑丙烯酰胺基‑2‑甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酰胺、N,N‑二甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵按比例称量并加入水中溶解并调节其溶液pH值为3~5,2)将单体混合水溶液加热至40~60℃后加入引发剂过硫酸铵引发共聚得到五元共聚物,3)将共聚物与五水偏硅酸钠按比例混合;采用该降失水剂配的水泥浆在失水、抗压强度、游离液等指标上能够满足现场施工需求,同时避免了水泥浆高温条件下可能出现的异常胶凝、包芯,稠化曲线鼓包问题,为安全施工提供保障,且制备方法简单、条件易于控制,且原料易得,具有良好的市场推广前景。
