Microorganisms in sludge are used fordecomposing vegetable oil to generate lipophilic ester groups, under the self-crosslinking action of microorganisms, ester groups are grafted to the surface of cement powder, so the compatibility ofthe cement powder and the system is improved, and the interface bonding capability between resin and inorganic particles is improved; the mica powder is modified with a surfactant, the mica powder isuniformly dispersed in a matrix, the mica powder used as a sheet-shaped inert filler has good corrosion resistance, and is effectively filled in the matrix, and the sheet-shaped filler can be stackedtogether to form a compact network structure, so that the penetration of a corrosive medium in the matrix is hindered, and the mica powder has a wide application prospect.
本发明涉及涂料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌防腐型涂料的制备方法。本发明利用污泥中微生物将植物油分解产生亲油性酯基,并在微生物的自交联作用下使得酯基接枝到水泥粉末表面,从而提高水泥粉末和体系的相容性,提高树脂和无机颗粒间界面结合能力,利用表面活性剂对云母粉进行改性,使云母粉均匀分散在基体内部,其中云母粉作为片状惰性填料,具有良好的防腐蚀性,有效填充于基体中,片状填料能够层叠在一起,形成致密的网络结构,阻碍了腐蚀介质在基体中的穿透,具有广泛的应用前景。
