本发明涉及涂料制备技术领域，尤其涉及一种抗菌防腐型涂料的制备方法。本发明利用污泥中微生物将植物油分解产生亲油性酯基，并在微生物的自交联作用下使得酯基接枝到水泥粉末表面，从而提高水泥粉末和体系的相容性，提高树脂和无机颗粒间界面结合能力，利用表面活性剂对云母粉进行改性，使云母粉均匀分散在基体内部，其中云母粉作为片状惰性填料，具有良好的防腐蚀性，有效填充于基体中，片状填料能够层叠在一起，形成致密的网络结构，阻碍了腐蚀介质在基体中的穿透，具有广泛的应用前景。
