Stacking machine
The invention relates to a stacking machine. The stacking machine is used for storing and taking goods of a shelf. The stacking machine comprises a rack, a guide rail mechanism, a walking mechanism and a guide mechanism. The guide rail mechanism comprises an upper rail and a ground rail. The walking mechanism comprises a walking motor, a walking wheel, a top drive motor and a friction wheel. The friction wheel is in contact with the upper rail to drive the rack to move. The guide mechanism comprises a pair of first guide wheels and a pair of second guide wheels, and the first guide wheels clamp the ground rail. The second guide wheels clamp the upper rail. According to the stacking machine, the first guide wheels clamp the ground rail, and the second guide wheels clamp the upper rail so that motion of the stacking machine can be simultaneously restrained from the top and bottom during walking. The walking stability of the stacking machine is effectively improved, and the function of preventing the stacking machine from overturning is achieved. In addition, the top drive motor and the friction wheel which are located on the top of the rack and the walking wheel located on the bottomof the rack synchronously drive the rack to move from the top of the rack, the shaking degree of the stacking machine in the speed increase and decrease process can be lowered accordingly, and the stability of the stacking machine is further improved.
