Construction method for existing pipeline reinforcement protection
The invention relates to a construction method for existing pipeline reinforcement protection. The construction method comprises an existing pipeline protection method, an existing pipeline reinforcement method, an underground pipeline protection method and an underground pipeline detection and protection method. The existing pipeline protection method comprises five construction steps. The existing pipeline reinforcement method comprises the steps of reinforcing a pipeline below a construction road and reinforcing exposed or nearly exposed pipelines after excavation of a foundation pit. The underground pipeline protection method comprises the following steps of crossing, protection of pipelines in parallel, protection of adjacent trench pipelines and protection of a gas pipeline. The underground pipeline detection and protection method comprises the following steps of a, open-cutting a 2m deep detection pit; b, detecting local important pipelines by a geological radar detector; c, observing temporarily suspended existing pipeline settlement and horizontal displacement; and d, protecting pipelines which can not be relocated according to a supporting plate binding and suspending method or a suspension method. By means of the construction method, manual excavation is less required. Pipeline accidents are reduced by adopting protective reinforcement measures. The construction speed is improved.
本发明涉及一种既有管线加固保护的施工方法,包括:既有管线的防护方法、既有管线的加固方法、地下管线的防护方法以及地下管线的探测及保护方法;既有管线的防护方法包括5个施工步骤,既有管线的加固方法包括:施工道路下方的管线加固和基坑开挖后暴露或接近暴露的管线的加固;地下管线的防护方法包括:交叉、平行方式管道的防护、临近沟槽管道的防护以及燃气管道的防护;地下管线的探测及保护方法包括步骤:a.明挖2m深探坑;b.局部重要管线用地质雷达探测仪探测;c.临时悬吊的现有管线沉降和水平位移观测;d.不可迁移管线用托板绑吊法或悬吊法对管线保护。本发明的施工方法减少人工开挖,采用防护加固措施降低了管线事故,提高了施工速度。
