Holmium and ytterbium ion co-doped yttrium aluminum garnet infrared up-conversion luminescent transparent ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of Ho<3+> and Yb<3+> co-doped YAG infrared up-conversion luminescent transparent ceramic. The chemical formula of the transparent ceramic is (Y<1-x-y>Ho<3+>Yb<3+>)3Al5O12, wherein the x is greater than or equal to 0.001 and less than or equal to 0.01, and the y is greater than or equal to 0.01 and less than or equal to 0.1. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials according to the composition of (Y<1-x-y>Ho<3+>Yb<3+>)3Al5O12; adding 0.4 wt% of tetraethoxysilane as an additive; carrying out ball milling, drying and tabletting on the powder; applying isostatic cool pressing pressure of 200 MPa or above to press the powder into a blank; presintering the blank to remove organic components; and finally,putting the blank into a tubular furnace for normal-pressure sintering to obtain the (Y<1-x-y>Ho<3+>Yb<3+>)3Al5O12 infrared up-conversion luminescent transparent ceramic. The prepared transparent ceramic has high transmittance in a visible band and can absorb 980 nm infrared light, and the preparation method has the advantages of simple preparation process, low cost, no toxicity in the preparation process and the like.
本发明提供了一种Ho、Yb共掺YAG红外上转换发光透明陶瓷的制备方法,该透明陶瓷的化学式为(YHoYb)AlO,其中0.001≤x≤0.01,0.01≤y≤0.1;其制备方法是:按照(YHoYb)AlO组份配置好原料,加入0.4wt%的正硅酸乙酯作为添加剂,粉料经过球磨、烘干、压片后,对其施以200MPa以上冷等静压压力压制成胚体,再预烧去除有机成分;最后放入管式炉中进行常压烧结,得到(YHoYb)AlO红外上转换发光透明陶瓷。本发明制备的透明陶瓷在可见波段有较高的透过率,能过够吸收980nm的红外光,制备方法具有制备工艺简单、低成本以及制备过程无毒害等优点。
