The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (a) selecting materials; (b) weighing the materials; (c) stirring; (d) adding aluminum powder; (e) loading into a mold and demolding; and (f) cutting and curing. The recycled fine aggregate is used for producing aerated concrete blocks, the application field of the recycled fine aggregate can be expanded, the resource conversion rate is increased, part of natural materials can be replaced, the cost is saved, and the environment is protected.According to the invention, through the innovative design of the mixing ratio of the materials, the regenerated micro-powder concrete aerated building block with the performance reaching the standardis produced in an autoclave-free natural curing mode, so that the production cost and the production energy consumption are reduced, improvement of the resource conversion rate of construction wastesis facilitated, and the popularization of the method is facilitated.
