Recycled micro-powder concrete
The invention discloses a recycled micro-powder concrete. The concrete is prepared from, by weight, 100 parts of cement, 43 to 45 parts of recycled concrete micro-powder, 1.45 to 4.5 parts of nanometer silicon dioxide, 158 to 166 parts of fine aggregate, 395 to 410 parts of coarse aggregate, 0.85 to 0.9 part of a water reducing agent, 55 to 56.9 parts of water and steel fibers with the volume mixing amount of 0-1.5%. In the presence of the recycled concrete micro-powder, specific amounts of nanometer silicon dioxide and steel fibers are doped to prepare the novel recycled micro-powder concrete, so that on one hand, the recycling of construction wastes is realized, and resources are saved; and on the other hand, the recycled micro-powder concrete with remarkably improved performance is obtained, and the recycled micro-powder concrete has a relatively good application prospect.
本发明公开了一种再生微粉混凝土,该混凝土由以下原料按重量份组成:水泥100份、再生混凝土微粉43~45份、纳米二氧化硅1.45~4.5份、细骨料158~166份、粗骨料395~410份、减水剂0.85~0.9份、水55~56.9份,以及体积掺量为0~1.5%的钢纤维。本发明在再生混凝土微粉的存在下,掺入特定量的纳米二氧化硅和钢纤维,制备出一种新型的再生微粉混凝土,一方面实现建筑垃圾的回收利用、节约资源,另一方面得到了性能显著提高的再生微粉混凝土,具有较好的应用前景。
