The building pipe pile comprises a pipe pile main body, reinforcing assemblies, a drill bit assembly, concrete protection layers and fixing plates, wherein the reinforcing assemblies are arranged inside the pipe pile main body, a first fixing ring is arranged at one end of each reinforcing assembly, the other end of each reinforcing assembly is provided with a second fixing ring, each first fixing ring is fixedly connected with the corresponding second fixing ring through steel bars, and the outer walls of the steel bars are wound with a steel wire net; one end of the interior of the pipe pile main body is provided with the drill bit assembly, one end of the drill bit assembly is provided with a connecting rod,the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the pipe pile main body through a fixing rod, the outer wall of the connecting rod is sleeved with a second spring, and a drill bit is welded to the top end of the connecting rod; and the concrete protection layers are arranged on the outer wall of the pipe pile main body and the interiors of the reinforcing assemblies.
