The invention discloses a light-transmitting concrete slab capable of preserving heat and insulating heat and a preparation process, and relates to the technical field of light-transmitting concrete.The light-transmitting concrete slab comprises a self-foaming microporous structure concrete layer, a first high-fluid self-compacting light-transmitting concrete layer and a second high-fluid self-compacting light-transmitting concrete layer, wherein a plurality of limiting blocks are arranged at the top and the bottom of the self-foaming microporous structure concrete layer; and limiting groovesmatched with the limiting blocks are formed in the bottom of the first high-fluid self-compacting light-transmitting concrete layer and the top of the second high-fluid self-compacting light-transmitting concrete layer. The concrete slab can achieve a good heat preservation and insulation effect; by adopting a microporous foaming technology, the internal structure of a product is changed, the useamount of raw materials is greatly reduced, the self weight is small, and the product carrying and transportation cost is greatly reduced; and meanwhile, the light transmittance of the product is notaffected, the combination effect between the layers can be enhanced, and the light-transmitting concrete product is more stable in structure and longer in service life.
