The road silicate clinker is prepared by calcining limestone, sandstone, cyanide-containing waste residues and coal gangue. The methodis simple in process and convenient in manufacture. The special road retarding cement provided by the invention is simple in components and low in production cost, and a finished product obtained by fine organization production can reach the road retarding cement standard.
