Retarding magnesium phosphate cement and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses delayed coagulation type magnesium phosphate cement and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of building materials. The delayed coagulation type magnesium phosphate cement comprises a main component and a function regulating component. Wherein the main components comprise, by mass, (1) 50%-75% of a magnesium raw material and (2) 25%-50% of phosphate, and the sum of the mass percent of the magnesium raw material and the mass percent of the phosphate is 100%. Besides, based on 100% of the mass of the magnesium raw material in the main components, a function regulating component is additionally added, and the doping amount of each component is as follows: (1) 2%-8% of a retarder, (2) 2%-10% of a temperature rise inhibitor and (3) 4%-12% of a complexing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding the magnesian raw material, and metering and mixing various composition materials. Effective regulation and control of the setting time of the magnesium phosphate cement and collaborative development of the compressive strength are realized, and the method has a wide application prospect.
