Reclaimed rubber particle permeable asphalt concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides reclaimed rubber particle permeable asphalt concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, a modifier and various auxiliaries are added into matrix asphalt to be stirred and sheared, and a mixture is obtained; S2, storing and developing are carried out to prepare SBS modified asphalt; S3, the SBS regenerated rubber particle modified asphalt is prepared; and S4, the regenerated rubber particle permeable asphalt concrete is prepared. After the regenerated rubber particles are mixed with the SBS modified asphalt, light components in the modified asphalt are absorbed, and the viscosity of the modified asphalt is increased, so that the thickness of a coating aggregate asphalt film is increased, and the cohesive force among aggregate particles is effectively improved. The colloidal particles have excellent elastic performance; when internal pores of the water-permeable asphalt concrete are frozen and heaved at extreme temperature, the freezing and thawing resistance of the water-permeable asphalt concrete is improved, the durability of the water-permeable asphalt concrete is improved, the pore distribution of the water-permeable asphalt concrete can be optimized by the reasonably graded rubber particles, the pore blockage of the water-permeable asphalt concrete is delayed, and the water-permeable function of the water-permeable asphalt concrete is guaranteed.
