Byadding thick walnut shells into a concrete formula, the consumption of aggregate is reduced, and the obtained concrete has the characteristics of light weight and heat preservation. Furthermore, thewalnut shells are soaked with a polyethylene melt, and a polyacrylic resin layer is formed on the surfaces of the walnut shells through in-situ polymerization, so the strength of the shells is improved, the defect that the walnut shells are prone to moisture absorption is overcome, the situation that the strength of concrete is reduced due to mildewing or degradation of the walnut shells is prevented, and thus, the durability of the obtained concrete is improved.
本发明涉及环保建筑材料的技术领域,提供了一种轻质、保温的环保混凝土及制备方法。本发明通过在混凝土配方中加入厚皮核桃壳,减少了骨料用量,得到的混凝土具有轻质、保温的特点。进一步的,本发明通过采用聚乙烯熔体浸泡核桃壳,并在核桃壳表面原位聚合形成聚丙烯酸树脂层,不仅提高了壳体本身强度,而且克服了核桃壳易吸潮的缺陷,防止因核桃壳发霉或降解导致混凝土强度降低,从而提高所得混凝土的耐久性。
