The invention provides a ZrB2 nano-powder reinforced silicon oxide-based ceramic core which is prepared from ceramic powder and a plasticizer, and the plasticizer accounts for 20% of the total weightof the ceramic powder. The ceramic powder is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 85%-90% of quartz glass powder, 4%-9% of mullite powder, 2%-8% of ZrB2 powder and 0.5%-3% of cristobalite powder. ZrB2 is introduced into the ceramic core, ZrB2 is oxidized to form ZrO2 and B2O3 in the roasting process, the introduction of ZrO2 can improve the bending strength and high-temperature deformation quantity of the ceramic core, liquid-phase B2O3 formed in the roasting process can reduce the roasting temperature of the ceramic core, conversion of a large amount of cristobalite in the roasting process is reduced, and then microcracks of the ceramic core are reduced.
