The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated buildings, in particular to a prefabricated sandwich wallboard and a manufacturing method and a mounting construction method thereof. The prefabricated sandwich wallboard comprises an A-side wallboard, a heat-preservation layer, a plurality of connecting pieces, a B-side wallboard and connecting grooves, wherein the A-side wallboard and the B-side wallboard are provided with mutually corresponding meshing surfaces; and the A-side wallboard, the heat-preservation layer and the B-side wallboard are connected into the prefabricated sandwich wallboard through the plurality of connecting pieces, and the connecting grooves are formed in the peripheral end sides of the prefabricated sandwich wallboard. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method and a mounting construction method of the prefabricated sandwich wallboard. According to the prefabricated sandwich wallboard and the manufacturing method and the mounting constructionmethod thereof, the advantage of good thermal insulation performance of the sandwich wallboard is maintained; meanwhile, due to the fact that the A-side wallboard and B--side wallboard are provided with the meshing surfaces, the risk of layered falling of the sandwich wallboard can be greatly reduced; and the connecting grooves are reserved at the peripheral end sides of the wallboard, and are used for grouting after the wallboard is spliced to form a whole, so that the hidden danger of splicing cracking and water seepage of the wallboard can be obviously reduced.
本发明涉及装配式建筑技术领域，特别涉及一种预制夹芯墙板及其制造方法、安装施工方法。所述预制夹芯墙板包括A叶墙板、保温层、若干个连接件、B叶墙板及连接槽；所述A叶墙板及所述B叶墙板设置了相互对应的咬合面；所述A叶墙板、所述保温层、所述B叶墙板通过若干个连接件连接成为所述预制夹芯墙板，所述预制夹芯墙板四周端侧设置了连接槽。本发明同时还公布了所述预制夹芯墙板的制造方法及安装施工方法。本发明保持了夹芯墙板保温隔热性能好的优点，同时由于A、B两叶墙板设置了咬合面，可大幅降低夹芯墙板分层脱落的风险；墙板四周端侧留设了连接槽，用于墙板拼接后灌浆形成整体，可明显减少墙板拼接开裂、渗水的隐患。
