The double-sided prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard comprises a prefabricated wallboard body, and a transverse connecting piece and a vertical connecting piece are arranged at the top of the prefabricated wallboard body; the construction method comprises the following steps that the lower-layer prefabricated wallboard body is connected to the prefabricated beam through the transverse connecting pieces; the vertical connecting pieces are connected with the bottom ends of the prefabricated wallboard bodies on the cast-in-place floor layer and the upper layer; waterproof sealing construction is performed on the outer sides of gaps among the upper-layer prefabricated wallboard body, the lower-layer prefabricated wallboard body and the cast-in-place floor layer. According to the double-sided prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard and the construction method thereof, stable connection of the prefabricated wallboard and a cast-in-place structure is achieved by optimizing a connecting structure, and the safety and stability of the whole structure are improved; a secondary installation mode is adopted, so that the construction process is simplified, the construction period is shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved; and by reducing the construction difficulty and shortening the construction period, the construction cost is reduced, and the economic benefits are improved.
