The invention discloses a cabin sealing plate structure for open caisson self-floating and floating transportation, and a construction method thereof. An open caisson is composed of a plurality of cylindrical well holes, and a sealing device is arranged in each well hole. Each sealing device comprises a cabin sealing plate, a water stop structure and a plurality of hanging structures, wherein thecabin sealing plate is detachably arranged at the bottom of the corresponding well hole to form a bottom face of the well hole, and the bottom face of the cabin sealing plate is pushed by water pressure to enable the open caisson to float; the water stop structure is arranged between the cabin sealing plate and the inner side wall of the corresponding well hole and configured to prevent water outside the well hole from seeping into the well hole; and the hanging structures are arranged on the upper section of the inner side wall of the corresponding well hole at intervals in the circumferential direction and configured to perpendicularly hang the cabin sealing plate. The technical scheme has the technical effects of stable structure, convenient disassembling and assembling, and reducing ofwater feed amount in the well holes to enable the open caisson to float.
