The invention discloses a cellular board connecting structure which comprises a clamping buckle disposed on the edge of a cellular board, wherein the clamping buckle comprises a No.1 plate and a No.2plate which constitute an integral structure; the No.1 plate and the No.2 plate are disposed with heights thereof in a staggered manner; the No.1 plate is adhered to an installation face and fixed byscrews; the No.2 plate is adhered to the cellular board and fixed by screws; and the screws between the No.1 plate and the installation face are disposed outside the edge of the cellular board. The cellular board connecting structure disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the cellular board is fixed on the installation face with the clamping buckle with dedicated design, and inparticular the clamping buckle and the cellular board are pre-processed in a workshop, so product appearance is high in consistency; and the screws between the clamping buckle and the installation face are disposed outside the edges of the cellular board, so installation is very convenient. As a whole, edge folding of the cellular board is omitted; technologies are simplified; construction accuracy is increased; and transportation cost is reduced to a certain extent.
