The invention discloses a hole plugging structure. The hole plugging structure comprises base plates, top supporting rods, handing rods, bottom supporting rods and a formwork, wherein the base platesare arranged on the outer side of the top face of a hole, the top supporting rods are connected to the base plates, at least parts of the top supporting rods are located above the hole, one ends of the hanging rods are connected with the top supporting rods, the other ends of the hanging rods penetrate through the hole and protrude out of the bottom surface of the hole, the bottom supporting rodsare connected to the ends, protruding out of the bottom face of the hole, of the hanging rods, and the formwork is arranged on the bottom supporting rods to seal the bottom surface of the hole. The invention further provides a construction method for hole plugging. The hole plugging structure and the construction method have the advantages that a scaffold supporting formwork is not needed for plugging the hole, and normal operation of a subway line cannot be affected.
