The invention relates to the technical field of calcium oxide preparation, and discloses a method for preparing high-purity calcium oxide from carbide slag. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing carbide slag and raw coal powder, adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture; (2) feeding the mixture obtained in the step (1) into an extruder for extrusion molding, and air-drying after extrusion molding; (3) after air drying, feeding an obtained product into a tunnel kiln by using a kiln car, and calcining at a high temperature of 750-950 DEG C for 30-40 minutes to generate calcium oxide; and (4) taking out the calcium oxide from the tunnel kiln, loading and packaging to obtain the high-purity calcium oxide product. The preparation process is very simple, the cost of preparing calcium oxide from carbide slag can be greatly reduced, no chemical reagent needs to be added, and the method is low in pollution and more environmentally friendly. Meanwhile, the purity of the prepared calcium oxide can reach 95% or above, the whiteness reaches 95 or above, and the calcium oxide is soft in texture and foamed.
本发明涉及氧化钙制备技术领域,公开了一种利用电石渣制备高纯度氧化钙的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:(1)将电石渣和原煤粉混合均匀后,加水搅拌均匀,获得混合物;(2)将步骤(1)获得的混合物送入挤出机中挤出成型,挤出成型后进行风干;(3)风干后用炉窑车送入隧道炉窑内,经过750‑950℃的高温,煅烧时间为30‑40min,生成氧化钙;(4)从隧道炉窑内取出装车,包装,即可获得高纯度氧化钙产品。本发明制备工艺非常简单,可大幅降低电石渣制备氧化钙的成本,不需要添加化学试剂,低污染更环保。同时本发明制备的氧化钙纯度可以达到95%以上,白度达到95以上,质地软且发泡。
