The invention discloses a mobile factory system and factory construction method for an open excavation and buried project, the open excavation and buried project is divided into a plurality of working sections, each working section is sequentially subjected to construction of a plurality of working procedures, and the mobile factory system comprises a remote control system and construction equipment for construction of each working procedure; each construction device is provided with a positioning device and an image acquisition device which are respectively used for acquiring position information and construction images of the construction devices; the remote control system receives the position information and the construction image of each construction device, and determines the working section where each construction device is located and the construction operation progress of the current working procedure; and after determining that the target workshop section completes the construction operation of the target working procedure and the next workshop section completes the construction operation of the previous working procedure, controlling the construction equipment of the target workshop section to move to the next workshop section to perform the construction operation of the target working procedure. According to the invention, the real-time monitoring of the construction progress of each workshop section and the centralized intelligent management of the construction equipment are realized, and the efficiency and the accuracy of the construction management are improved.
