The upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the shell are rotationally connected with first rotating shafts through bearings, the opposite ends of the two first rotating shafts are jointly and fixedly connected with a spherical mirror, and a cleaning mechanism is arranged inside the shell; the cleaning mechanism comprises a through groove forming in the upper wall of the shell, and a glass pane is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the through groove; the lower inner wall of the shell is rotationally connected with a second rotating shaft through a bearing; the end, far away from the shell, of the second rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a rotating disc, andfour mounting grooves are formed in the upper wall of the rotating disc at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotating disc; the inner walls of the four mounting grooves are fixedly connected with temperature controllers and electromagnetic blocks; and the four temperature controllers are electrically connected with the electromagnetic blocks which are adjacent to the temperature controllers in the anticlockwise direction, and the lower inner wall of the shell is fixedly connected with a permanent magnet block. According to the self-cleaning spherical reflector, the spherical mirror can be guaranteed to be in a clean state for a long time, the road condition of a turning road section can be clearly presented, and the occurrence of traffic accidents is reduced.
