Instant high-temperature polymer fluid loss agent, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of oil exploration, in particular to an instant high-temperature polymer fluid loss agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. Synthetic raw materials of the fluid loss agent comprise a monomer, an initiator, a pH regulator, a cosolvent and water. The monomers comprise the following components in parts by mass: 200-340 parts of a hydrophilic monomer, 12-40 parts of an adsorption monomer and 40-140 parts of a high-temperature-resistant hydrolysis monomer; the initiator accounts for 0.5 to 2.1 parts, and the cosolvent accounts for 1.2 to 3.5 parts; the water accounts for 700 to 1500 parts; the pH regulator is a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the concentration of 25%. The cosolvent is at least one of urea, tween-80 and citric acid; by screening different cosolvents and combinations thereof, the types of the cosolvents which do not affect the performance of the fluid loss agent product are determined, the obtained polymer fluid loss agent powder can be quickly dissolved, and the well cementation construction efficiency is greatly improved; and meanwhile, a high-temperature-resistant molecular chain segment is formed by adopting a low-temperature initiation and segmented feeding process, so that excellent high-temperature resistance is maintained while instant dissolution is realized, and the comprehensive application performance in cement paste is excellent.
本发明涉及石油勘探技术领域,具体为一种速溶型高温聚合物降失水剂、制备方法及应用。降失水剂合成原料包括单体、引发剂、pH调节剂、助溶剂和水;以质量份数计,所述单体包括亲水单体200‑340份,吸附单体12‑40份,耐高温水解单体40‑140份;所述引发剂占0.5‑2.1份,所述助溶剂占1.2‑3.5份;水占700‑1500份;所述pH调节剂为浓度为25%的氢氧化钠水溶液。所述助溶剂为尿素、吐温‑80、柠檬酸中的至少一种;该发明通过筛选不同助溶剂及其组合,确定了不影响降失水剂产品性能的助溶剂种类,得到的聚合物降失水剂粉体可快速溶解,大大提升固井施工效率;同时采用低温引发、分段加料工艺,形成耐高温分子链段,在速溶的同时保持优异的耐高温性能,在水泥浆中的综合应用性能优异。
