The sealing device comprises an annular hoop, a fastener, an annular rubber pad, a perforated rubber pad and a rubber plug. Compared with the prior art, the device is simple in overall structure, convenient to install and recyclable, a problem that construction is inconvenient due to the fact that an edge is uneven after the pier top is roughened can be solved, in addition, the device can effectively solve problems of sealing and non-compact grouting during connection grouting of an assembly type bent cap pier, slurry leakage is prevented, and butt joint precision, connection strength and the construction quality are improved.
