The invention discloses a novel connecting device for a fabricated bridge substructure, and relates to the field of bridge connection, a first damping rubber layer is fixedly arranged at the top end of a bottom plate, a liquid storage tank is arranged in the center of the top end of the bottom plate, and a supporting connecting device is fixedly connected to the top end of the liquid storage tank;the top end of the first damping rubber layer is fixedly connected with a protection supporting plate, the top end of a bottom protruding part of the protection supporting plate is fixedly connectedwith a plurality of first energy dissipation springs, the top ends of the first energy dissipation springs are fixedly connected with a lower damping energy dissipation plate, and the front end and the rear end of the lower damping energy dissipation plate are each provided with two lower hinge rings, the top end of the second energy dissipation spring is fixedly connected with an upper damping energy dissipation plate; meanwhile, when the connecting device is used, kinetic energy generated by deformation caused by bridge movement is consumed through the combination of the internal energy dissipation springs and the speed reduction rods, the connecting device body is protected, meanwhile, liquid is adopted as a supporting body internally, and higher stability can be kept in the change of thermal expansion and cold contraction of the connecting device body.
