Construction method of prefabricated trapezoidal staggered box culvert structure
The invention discloses a construction method of a prefabricated trapezoidal staggered box culvert structure. The method comprises steps of (1) prefabricating regular trapezoidal sections and invertedtrapezoidal sections which can be distributed in a staggered manner and are sequentially connected to form a box culvert body, (2) foundation excavation at the construction site, leveling and field lofting, hoisting the regular trapezoidal sections, placing the regular trapezoidal sections at two ends and the middle of the designed position of a box culvert body and fixing, hoisting the invertedtrapezoidal sections and placing the inverted trapezoidal sections between the regular trapezoidal sections, (3), applying pressure to the top of the inverted trapezoid sections, and squeezing jointsof the inverted trapezoid sections and the regular trapezoid sections tightly so that front walls, back walls, the upper bottoms and the lower bottoms of the inverted trapezoid sections aligned with front walls, rear walls, the upper bottoms and the lower bottoms of the regular trapezoid sections respectively so as to keep overall smoothness of the box culvert body; and (4) performing sealing treatment of the joints, performing backfilling and earth cutting, and completing construction. The method is advantaged in that the method is convenient to construct, the box culvert sections can achievemutual stress transmission, all the sections are stressed together, and integrity and safety of the prefabricated culvert structure are improved.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式梯形交错箱涵结构的施工方法,包括如下步骤:①预制能够交错分布并依次相连构成箱涵本体的正梯形节段和倒梯形节段②在施工现场开挖地基,进行平整和现场放样,吊装正梯形节段将其放置在箱涵本体设计位置的两端和中间并固定,吊装倒梯形节段将其放置在正梯形节段之间③向倒梯形节段的顶部施压,将倒梯形节段和正梯形节段的接缝挤压紧密,使倒梯形节段的前侧壁、后侧壁、上底、下底与正梯形节段的前侧壁、后侧壁、上底、下底分别对齐,保持箱涵本体整体平顺④对接缝进行密封处理,回填挖土,完成施工。本发明施工便捷,箱涵节段之间能够实现受力相互传递,使各节段共同受力,提高了预制涵洞结构的整体性和安全性。
