The invention discloses a flexible high-strength permeable pavement system, and belongs to the technical field of permeable pavement. The system comprises an I-type module, an II-type module and an III-type module, wherein the I-type module comprises a pi-type male port, an H-type male port, a collecting tank and a water permeable hole, and the II-type module comprises a concave female port, an H-type female port, a collecting tank and a water permeable hole; the pi-shaped male opening and the H-shaped male opening are respectively occluded with the concave female opening and the H-shaped female opening to form a tight modular paving system; mixed filler can be laid on the supporting bottom plate corresponding to the I-type module, the II-type module and the III-type module, and the wholepermeable pavement is made of HDPE materials. According to the invention, the characteristics of pressure resistance, tension resistance, freezing and thawing resistance and easiness in assembly of permeable pavement are realized, and the effects of collecting, purifying, permeating and discharging surface rainwater runoff are achieved.
