The invention provides an overflow control method and device of an excavator and the excavator and a readable storage medium. The overflow control method of the excavator comprises the steps of obtaining sensor data of a preset sensor of the excavator, and determining whether the excavator is in a motion state according to the sensor data; determining the excavator in a pressure-out state according to the engine speed of the excavator, and giving an alarm of the pressure-out state if the excavator is not in the motion state; determining whether the excavator is in an overflow state according to the system pressure of the excavator if the excavator is in the motion state; and reducing the main pump displacement of the excavator according to preset rules if the excavator is in the overflow state. According to the overflow control method of the excavator, the damage to a hydraulic system due to long-time opening of an overflow valve in the long pressure-out state can be effectively avoided, the operating level of a driver on the excavator is increased, and the power loss of the excavator is reduced.
本发明提供一种挖掘机溢流控制方法、装置、挖掘机和可读存储介质,该挖掘机溢流控制方法包括:获取挖掘机预设传感器的传感器数据,根据所述传感器数据判断所述挖掘机是否处于运动状态;在确定不处于运动状态时,根据所述挖掘机的发动机转速,确定所述挖掘机处于憋压状态,发出憋压状态警报;在确定处于运动状态时,根据所述挖掘机的系统压力,判断所述挖掘机是否处于溢流状态;在处于溢流状态时,按照预设规则降低所述挖掘机的主泵排量。本发明的挖掘机溢流控制方法,可以有效避免憋压过久长时间的溢流阀开启对液压系统造成损害,提高驾驶员对挖掘机的操作水平,以及减小挖掘机的功率损失。
