The invention relates to the technical field of drainage, and particularly relates to a vacuum regulation and storage system and a vacuum regulation and storage method. The vacuum regulation and storage system comprises a regulation and storage chamber, a flow dividing chamber, a vacuumizing device, an air inlet device and a first on-off device, wherein the first on-off device is arranged betweenthe regulation and storage chamber and the flow dividing chamber and used for controlling the regulation and storage chamber and the flow dividing chamber to be communicated or cut off; when the firston-off device is closed, the regulation and storage chamber is a closed space; a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in a wall defining the flow dividing chamber; the water inlet is used for being connected with a drainage pipe on the upstream portion of the flow dividing chamber; the water outlet is used for being connected with a drainage pipe on the downstream portion of the flow dividing chamber; the vacuumizing device is communicated with the regulation and storage chamber; when the first on-off device is closed, the vacuumizing device is used for vacuumizing the regulation and storage chamber; and the air inlet device is arranged on the wall defining the regulation and storage chamber and used for being communicated with the atmosphere inside the regulation and storage chamberand the atmosphere outside the regulation and storage chamber, and vacuum breaking of the regulation and storage chamber is achieved. By means of the structure, regulation and storage are achieved ina vacuum mode, and the construction difficulty of the vacuum regulation and storage system is lowered.
