The invention provides an integrated regulation and storage device and method based on vacuum water injection. The device comprises a regulation and storage unit and a vacuum pump, wherein the regulation and storage unit comprises a distribution region, a regulation and storage region and a containing region, and the distribution region communicates with the containing region; the regulation and storage region communicates with the distribution region and outside air pressure respectively; and the vacuum pump communicates with the regulation and storage region. Through the integrated regulation and storage device, the technical defects that in the prior art, by the adoption of the structural design that sewage input into a containing region directly enters a converging pipe to be output, anatural water body is extremely prone to serious pollution on a rainy day, or sewage treatment facilities are under excessive treatment pressure, and resources are wasted are effectively avoided; thetechnical effect that the sewage is regulated and stored when sewage discharging is not needed can be achieved; and the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to operate and high in applicability.
