Bridge construction process adopting all-welded integral joint steel pipe truss chord member prefabricated unit
The invention discloses a bridge construction process adopting an all-welded integral joint steel pipe truss chord member prefabricated unit. The process comprises the following steps: constructing alower structure for supporting the upper structure of a trussed structure bridge; then prefabricating a main truss structure in a factory, wherein the main truss structure comprises chord member sections, web members and longitudinal and transverse link members; according to stress analysis, determining the chord member sections containing nodes, the web members and the cutting positions of longitudinal and transverse link members; cutting into multiple sections of truss rod pieces; transporting each section of truss rod piece to a construction site; assembling the truss rod pieces into trusssections; sequentially erecting the truss sections on the lower structure; connecting and assembling to form a main truss structure; and finally paving a bridge floor to finish the construction of thewhole bridge. The construction process is simple, convenient to process, manufacture and transport, less limited by the external construction environment and suitable for construction under various construction conditions; prefabricated sections are few, the on-site connection workload is small, and the process is suitable for rapid bridge construction; and the process is suitable for construction of various trussed structure bridges.
采用全焊整体节点钢管桁架弦杆预制单元的桥梁建造工艺,施工用于支撑桁式结构桥梁上部结构的下部结构,然后,先在工厂预制主桁架结构,主桁架结构包括弦杆节段、腹杆以及纵横联杆件,然后根据受力分析,确定含节点的弦杆节段、腹杆杆件以及纵横联杆件切割位置,并切割成多段桁架杆件,再将各段桁架杆件运输至施工现场并拼装成桁架节段,再将桁架节段依次架设在下部结构之上并连接拼装组成主桁架结构,最终铺设桥面,完成整个桥梁的建造施工。本发明建造工艺简单、加工制作及运输方便,受外界建造环境限制少,适合于各种施工条件下施工;预制节段少,现场连接作业量小,适用于桥梁快速建设;并且适用于各种桁式结构桥梁的建造。
