The invention discloses an all-welded steel box truss girder upper chord and web member positioning device which comprises an upper chord and two web members fixed to the lower side of the upper chord. An auxiliary positioning device is fixedly arranged between the two web members; the auxiliary positioning device comprises a connecting plate and positioning channel steel; a connecting plate is fixedly arranged on each web member; and the positioning channel steel is fixedly connected between the two web members through the connecting plate. According to the positioning device, when the steel truss girder is pre-spliced, the connecting plates, the positioning channel steel and the connecting bolts are manufactured in a matched mode at the same time, and accuracy is high; the positioning channel steel is uniform in length, field installation operation is simple and convenient, and operation of workers is facilitated; the connecting device is detachable, is connected with the web members through the connecting bolts and the connecting plates, and is convenient to operate, novel in structure and capable of being repeatedly used. Adjusting construction of the positioning device is fast and simple, adjusting precision is improved, the line shape of the steel box girder is guaranteed, and a theoretical basis is provided for follow-up construction of bridges of the same type. And labor, materials and machine use cost are saved.
