The jacket swirling pile foundationstructure comprises a jacket formed by connecting main legs and supporting structures. A skirt sleeve is welded to the outer side of the bottom of each main leg, and the jacket is connected with swirling piles through the skirt sleeves; the swirling piles comprise central piles, stiffening rib plates and swirling bearing blades, the stiffening rib plates are arranged at the tops of the central piles, and the swirling bearing blades are arranged at different heights of the central piles according to the soil conditions of an in position site; after the swirling piles are inserted into the skirtsleeves, the swirling piles are in grouting connection with the skirt sleeves through the stiffening rib plates; an anti-sinking structure is arranged at the bottom of the jacket; and during the construction, an integral structure formed by connecting the jacket, the skirt sleeves and the anti-sinking structure is sunk first, and the swirling piles are inserted into a soil body through the skirtsleeves, and pile driving equipment is used for pile driving of the swirling piles; and finally, grouting is used for completing the connection between the swirling piles and the jacket. According tothe jacket swirling pile foundation structure and the construction method thereof, the purposes of saving materials, improving the bearing capacity, reducing the construction time and improving the construction efficiency are achieved.
