Silicon oxide-based graphene ceramic ball bearing and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a silicon oxide-based graphene ceramic type ball bearing material. The ceramic core material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 77%-96.4% of quartz glasspowder, 3%-15% of mullite powder, 0.5%-3% of cristobalite powder, 0.1%-5% of graphene and a plasticizer accounting for 10%-24% of the total mass of the ceramic core material. According to the invention, the graphene material with excellent mechanical properties and thermal properties is introduced into a ceramic core material system. The graphene material enhances the flowability of the ceramic core slurry, the molding rate of the ceramic core, the strength of a green body and the high-temperature strength of the ceramic core. Besides, the ceramic core disclosed by the invention is relativelyhigh in pressing qualification rate and sintering qualification rate, high in impact resistance and excellent in high-temperature deformation resistance and high-temperature strength.
