Reflective hot-melt marking coating and construction method thereof
The invention provides a wear-resistant high-brightness reflective hot-melt marking coating, which belongs to the field of road marking construction. A marked line is divided into a surface layer anda bottom layer and further comprises glass beads, the glass beads are located between the surface layer and the bottom layer, and the structure of the marked line is shown in the specification, namelya is the surface layer, b is the glass beads and c is the bottom layer. Specifically, the surface layer is prepared from hydroxymethyl cellulose, nitrocellulose, acrylic resin, ethyl cellosolve acetate and polyethylene wax through hot melting, and has high transparency and high wear resistance; and the bottom layer is prepared by melting titanium dioxide, petroleum resin, a plasticizer, EVA, PLA-PEG and flaky aluminum oxide, has high reflectivity and has high adhesion to glass beads. The hot-melt marking coating provided by the invention is durable and high in light reflection, and the actualperformance is higher than the existing standard requirements.
本发明提供一种耐磨高亮反光热熔型标线涂料,属于道路标线施工领域。标线分为面层和底层,还含有玻璃珠,玻璃珠位于面层和底层之间,标线结构示意图如下,其中a为面层,b为玻璃珠,c为底层。具体的,面层由羟甲基纤维素、硝基纤维素、丙烯酸树脂、乙基溶纤剂醋酸酯和聚乙烯蜡热熔制成,具有高透明度高耐磨的性能;底层由钛白粉、石油树脂、塑化剂、EVA、PLA‑PEG和片状氧化铝熔融制成,有高反光性,对玻璃珠有高粘结力。本发明提供的热熔型标线涂料,持久高反光,实际性能高于现有标准要求。
