The invention provides a hot-melt marking coating and a construction method thereof. The hot-melt marking coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of glass microspheres; 15-40 parts of an inorganic filler; 2 to 10 parts of hyperbranched resin; 5-15 parts of modified resin; the pretreatment resin is used for wrapping the glass microspheres; wherein the modified resin is resin grafted and modified by a polar monomer. According to the hot-melt marking coating, polar monomer graft modified resin and hyperbranched resin serve as matrix resin, the binding force of inorganic components and the matrix resin is improved, part of glass microspheres are wrapped with the resin in advance in the preparation process, the binding force is further improved, and in repeated pressure-bearing rolling (1000 times, 10 kg of rollers) tests, the binding force of the inorganic components and the matrix resin is greatly improved. The glass bead separation phenomenon is avoided, the problems of insufficient durability and poor stability of a coating caused by poor compatibility of inorganic components and matrix resin of the coating are effectively solved, and the actual performance of the coating is superior to that of the existing standard requirement.
