The invention relates to a construction method of a monolithic track bed of a track. The method comprises the step of arranging a track adjusting bracket including a track adjusting inclined strut, and is characterized in that an inclined strut bracket is arranged on one side or inclined strut brackets are arranged at two sides of a track panel. One end of the track adjusting inclined strut is propped against the inclined strut bracket, and the other end of the track adjusting inclined strut is supported on a steel rail web to form a track adjusting support system with a single section with the track adjusting bracket. The monolithic track bed construction method can be used in cooperation with an existing track adjusting supporting system, and the existing common track adjusting supporting system can be applied to elevated line track structure heightened sections or elevated line special sections without concrete retaining walls and without supporting acting points. By means of the method, the requirement of the inclined strut for the supporting face of the construction site is reduced to a large extent, and larger precise rail adjusting space positioning is further obtained.
本发明涉及轨道整体道床施工方法,包括设置调轨支架的步骤,调轨支架中包括调轨斜撑,其特征在于轨排一边或两边设置斜撑托架,调轨斜撑一端顶在斜撑托架上,一端撑在钢轨轨腰上,与调轨支架形成单个断面的调轨支撑体系。本发明的整体道床施工方法可以配套现有调轨支撑系统使用,可使现有一般的调轨支撑系统运用到高架线轨道结构加高地段、或高架线无混凝土挡墙缺少支撑着力点特殊地段。该方法很大程度减少了斜撑对于施工场地支撑面的需要,进一步获取更大的精准调轨的空间定位。
