A construction method of a core-spun concrete monolithic track bed relates to the technical field of track beds and comprises the following steps: S1, leveling a foundation bed; s2, sleeper formworks are placed; s3, transverse limiting of the sleeper; s4, ballast bed pouring; s5, the sleeper formwork is removed; and S6, sleeper formwork gaps are filled. The problems that in the prior art, a sleeper prefabricated in advance needs long-distance transportation through a traffic tool, and the track construction cost is increased are solved; the problems that after an existing prefabricated sleeper is constructed and assembled with a railway ballast, the fitness of the existing prefabricated sleeper and the railway ballast cannot be guaranteed, the sleeper and the railway ballast are prone to shaking along with use, and the service life of a ballast bed is affected are solved.
包芯式混凝土整体道床的施工方法,涉及道床技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1:基床平整;S2:轨枕模板放置;S3:轨枕横向限位;S4:道床浇筑;S5:轨枕模板去除;S6:填充轨枕模板缝隙。本发明解决了传统技术中提前预制的轨枕,还需交通工具远距离运输,增加了轨道建造成本;现有的预制轨枕在与道砟施工装配后,无法保证与道砟的贴合性,随着使用,轨枕与道砟易出现晃动的现象,影响道床的使用寿命的问题。
